    1. Who we are

    2. Data we process

    We only process data you provide via the analysis form or email: name, email address, company name, and your answers to the intake questions. We also collect anonymized usage statistics via Google Tag Manager to improve the site.

    3. Purpose

    We use your data to send a first analysis within one business day, to contact you about a possible engagement, and to improve our service. We never sell your data.

    4. Retention

    Intake data is kept for a maximum of 24 months. If you become a client, the statutory retention period of 7 years applies to administrative data.

    5. Cookies

    We only place analytical and functional cookies after your consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time via your browser settings.

    6. Your rights

    You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data. Email hello@optivateai.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Complaints can be filed with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

    7. Security

    We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage and access controls.
