    050 media is a growth agency in Groningen managing 30+ e-commerce and lead-gen clients across six channels: Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, organic search and Analytics. Per client, that means checking around five platforms before you know whether action is needed.

    At 50+ clients, a daily 'client review' emerged that ate up half a day. And then nothing had been done yet. Worse: at that pace, real signals stayed under the radar until a client brought them up. The team wanted to move from reactive to proactive, but the tooling for it didn't exist.

    The dashboard syncs data nightly from six platforms: Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Search Console and Google Analytics 4. In the morning, the team member sees for each client a 'today's to-do': a list of issues that need real attention.

    No more opening six browser tabs, no more 30 minutes searching before you know what to do today. The system has already done the work.

    A rules engine looks at each client's numbers every night. Eight rules are live in production: weekly revenue drop, declining AOV, elevated refund rate, inventory risk, margin erosion, product concentration, repeat buyers down, monthly target unreachable.

    Each rule has an adjustable threshold per client. What's a red flag for one is normal for another. And every trigger comes with a quantified impact: '€27,000 less monthly revenue if the trend continues' reads better than '5.3% drop'.

    Previously, a monthly report for one client took 2 hours: gather data from six platforms, paste into Word, screenshot the charts, format, export to PDF, email.

    Now: one click, 30 seconds, clean PDF in the mail. Cover page, summary, numbers per channel, and the three most important actions for the coming period.
